Order
The customer places the order by clicking on the "add to cart" tab. The order is added to a total that includes all the items confirmed by the customer by clicking on the button "I accept the general conditions of sale and make the payment" in the menu bar.

The automatic registration systems of the Herbalife Store VitHlifeย to purchase Herbalife products serve as proof of the nature, content and date of the order.

Order confirmation
New orders may not be made until the customer has made payment of the sums due for previous orders. Likewise, the ownership of the merchandise will not be completely transferred until the sums owed by the client are received.

Order delivery conditions
The customer will choose the place and date of receipt of the goods at the time of placing the order. Reserves the right to use all means necessary to deliver the products to the address indicated by the customer.

Delivery time
Shipments will be made within a maximum period of 24/72 hours from the confirmation of payment. Cut-off time of 10:00 (if an order is placed after 10:01, the transit time must be counted from the next business day and weekends and holidays will not be taken into account). If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will let you know and confirm the date it will be back in stock or offer you an equivalent replacement product. The tracking of the shipment is the responsibility of the recipient who will be provided by email with the data (delivery number and telephone number of the delegation that will deliver your order) for tracking.

Costs of delivery and reception of orders

Herbalife Store VitHlife, without compensation for the benefit of the customer if the event takes place for more than 15 days. In these circumstances, the client will be released, completely and automatically, from his obligations regarding his order.

Shipping company
Deliveries will be made by DPD courier, during normal office hours. Select the shipping address so that someone can receive the package.

Price
All prices are indicated in GBP and include VAT. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent.
